nxtARROW's ambitious mission statement is "to make Buffalo, New York and the Buffalo Niagara Region a world-class center for business development, entrepreneurship and start-ups."
And the incentives are audacious: nxtARROW will pay the bills (rent, phone, Internet, heat, and other operating expenses) for entrepreneurs who start or relocate their businesses to Buffalo for one full year.
