RE:Fraction International: is Joann Carolus and Michael Allen Potter, two big thinkers who believe that progress and economic development in Upstate New York should be driven neither by the construction of cavernous new convention centers nor by the courting of big-box national retailers, but through a renewed focus on art, higher education, and technological innovation. We advocate walkable and historic New York cities linked by rail over Wal-to-Wal parking lots and, to that end, a portion of our earnings from this new venture will be donated to Upstate-lifting organizations.
